Modi has dealt with VHP and their ilk with a very heavy hand in Gujarat - where he is the Chief Minister. He uses them for specific gains and then keeps them under severe lock and check.

As an example - Modi has destroyed more illegal temples in the entire history of Gujarat while suppressing any Sangh activity.

So you presume that once he comes to power, there will be some Hindutva orgy. You presume that he is like your Islamic leaders.

On the other hand, he has developed his State the fastest among all Indian states. Employement growth in Gujarat has been the highest in India.
