My Pakistani friends, India doesn't really need donations. Leave our country's treasure, Not State, Not district, Just one temple from my home town, where wealth was discovered is valued more than your whole country's Forex Reserves. It's estimated at approximately 22 Billion $

So if donation comes great which will because our country has very very high regard for PM Modi & this Gov.t, if it doesn't it won't make much difference. Only thing is Modi want's to speed up development & security

There are many rich temples in India... Our wealth will never drain even after 1000 years of plunder by Islamic and Christian rulers and 60 years by congress party

Of course Pakistan should be concerned. Pakistan is going to be made a sitting duck playing only diplomatic games with India. They won't dare attack India anymore. Armed conflict initiated by Pakistan is totally out of the equation.

i don't know if this news is true or false but for muslims once their muslim leader like prime minister or president declare a war against any invaders jihad is obligatory on every men in the country. in such case people will have to give everything they have as religious obligation.

pakistan got the highest shale oil reserves in the world. most copeer and most coal of highest quality. not to forget gold,uranium reserves. the precious stones in kpk mountains can run whole india too. we just need a hard working and honest government.

Well, generally, if you're looking at public donations, the more attention it gets the more donations, at least that's the assumption. Indian media not reporting it doesn't make sense at all.

Also, if this news is in fact true, as the gentleman pointed out that donations may only be needed in case of war, that would imply preparations for war? I don't know. Just saying. If that's the case, Pakistan should be concerned, or perhaps prepared?
