Both the pm's had agreed at ufa to discuss all issues including kashmir,

Then at the hour elevnth of nsa meeting its india who had set preconditions and said if these conditions wont be met tlks will be canclled. Pakistani side refuse to meet those conditions,

BTW did it ever occur to any sane person in Pakistan that whether Indian NSA ( Mr. Doval ) has any authority to discuss Kashmir Issue.

It is Mr. Sartaz Aziz who is donning many caps and creating confusion in your ranks.

For that matter, Would DG BSF/Rangers also discuss Kashmir Issue and DG Pak ranger would be insisting on meeting Hurriyat before the scheduled meeting
