The founder DG of DGFI was Indian appointed. Gen Osmani had protested against the appointment of Wng Comdr (later AVM) Aminul Islam. Later various DGs tried to break away from any RAW connection.
a.Through this modernization, SHW/BAL will firstly try to delink DGFI from the armed forces and bring direct under political control. Something like RAW's controls.
b. Secondly through this exercise DGFI shall come unde total control of RAW.

When you people already made us believe that the entire BD is an Upazilla branch of RAW, now, you are talking the opposite. It surprises me to read your opinion that BD not already a RAW property.
