We don't actually want Anuchal Pradesh, the Chinese leaders are keeping that claim open just as a political bargaining chip.

Look at how well the Indian economy is doing, look at how well the Chinese economy is doing... do you honestly think they want to fight each other now? Why would either country "rock the boat" when both our economies are doing so well?

I don't blame India for being prepared on the NE though, nothing wrong with being prepared.

In a few years India will reach parity with China in Economic/Military strength... and we won't need to worry about war between us after that. There will be peace in Asia.

In the north eastern border IAF would face the J-11s which are air-superiority jets so EFT is ideal because of its excellent air2air capability whereas Multirole jets like j-10 and MKK can be taken care by both MKI and EFT.However if Rafale wins then also its fine as it has passed the technical qualifications.Both the jets are good and its good for India

I still say that the biggest threat for MKI and any MMRCA will be J10B and not any PLAAF Flanker, because it will have a low RCS and AESA radar, will be highly maneuverable and gets HMS + SR missile combo as well. J11 is as multi role as the MKK, or J10s, the only point is that it is more geared for air superiority, but so is J10B as well and China can produce and deploy them in high numbers, which would be a big problem for IAF.

From last 6 or 7 years we are seeing these publicity stunts of MMRCA it is safe to assume that by the time they are inducted they will be very much obsolete.

That is a loaded question, you want him to say air superiority ergo Typhoon is better - unfortunately its not that simple.

The one that offers good A2A capablities, complementing to MKIs capabilities, so Rafale!

One of the major mistakes many people make is, to compare the paper specs of each MMRCA and say the one is better then the other, without considering what advantages are important for IAF. EF on paper of course has some advantages in A2A over Rafale, but not in combination with MKI.
There is no additional advantage for IAF in countering PLAAF fighters when MMRCA and MKI offers both long range radar and speed, while it would be a big advantage, when the MMRCA fits perfectly to available training and tactics in these combats (same AAMs like upg Mirage 2000, MKI beeing used as Mini AWACS and guide other fighters with data).

IAF has taken right decision to deploy mmrca fighters in north east. we need a fighter which can supplement MKI. rafale or euro fighter both can rain bombs. both are good machines.

Your theory falls apart when the Chinese employ barrage jamming leaving aircrafts counting on the MKI for radar updates blind and vulnerable. Like I said before its not that simple.
