Why we are producing such low numbers of Al Khalid?

In my opinion, In a simple term, you can see in Defence Achievements section that how the HIT been busy throughout the year. It was not just subject to producing Al-Khalid MBT alone but there are many of things upgraded as well as many other vehicles are manufactured also one should not rule-out the budgetary constrains as well.

You forgot Al Khalid Only Two of them were produced in past year.
