What I believe in is that govt should not enforce laws of personal choice else there will be reaction.

Tunisia is a liberal country by subcontinent standard. Just because its a muslim country does not mean it is like KSA.
People have right to fight back when they see things imposed on them, tunisians who lived through age of relative liberal regime for women, are going to be upset by any change which restricts their freedom.

Just because some africans dont get enough food to eat does not mean my problem of council not taking care of garbage illegitimate. Its important enough for me.

Well, its a Pakistani problem too. One would think that it carried over to Bangladesh (former East Pakistan) back then, when we ruled them. I am more of a boob person, so I dont quite get it. Whats special about mini skirts, one gets used to seeing legs. Besides some have hideous legs(cellulite?).
