Given the Taliban's MO does this seem right? I mean 18 of them come in all dressed up to play and end up high tailing when someone checks their credentials? Really?

In the past when ever they have attacked high value targets have they run away like this?

Best is to cut off their supplies, put excise duty on every thing going to Afghanistan.

They can 'import' via other ports.

Thats why i say, the chaos will continue till the Pak-Afghan border is not fenced/walled/sealed completely.

It seems like someone is checking response time for some major attack. If it was being set up by TTP pigs, they would have start by blast and later on they can try to penetrate the security walls. Now the parking area of Isl airport has been vacated, the passengers will have to be dropped off outside and the pax will then go inside on foot. Additional Rangers also called in, police on rooftops as well.

The biggest thing is, that before entry in to the airport, you have no way of checking a terrorist, since there are hundreds of bags and suitcases at an airport.

This could be a attempt to spoil the relationship b/w PAK & US, which also involves recent meeting of officials with john kerry. As US will be flushing out their troops from Afghanistan & further trying to seek the opportunities in Pakistan, and this war is enforced into our territory now. Extreme measures should be taken to stop such endeavors in the future. PAK-Afghan Border should be strictly monitored & sealed. And not be allowed for unnecessary moves.
