Looks like a fine establishment and policy to me. They get to learn to live secular lives and obtain job skills once they finish that curriculum. You act like this has never been done before, when this was just another reiteration of the old Laogai system.

There has been zero attacks since 2014, compared to the weekly violence before. Literacy rate is up. Tourism is thriving. Economic growth is the fastest in China. Looks like the stains of your Wahabist jihadis had been removed.

Maybe we'll keep it going until Buddhism is the dominant religion again for Uyghurs, as it was historically.

The Han population has grown from like 5% to like 50% (if not more), since 1950 since the CCP has been moving Han Chinese into Xinjiang to dilute Uyghur population.
