both main and tail rotors were working. why did the heli go into this uncontrolled twist?

something went wrong with the engine , the tail rotors also wasn't working properly , it was sad seeing only 1 pilot coming out of this

Well i dont mean to insult anyone here but thats what generally Russian equipment is famous for. Low quality with little efford towards safety and quality. Its probably the reason why Russia is adopting a more western role model for its Military and defence industry. Even they themselfs know the limitations of Soviet army doctrines.

RIP. someone here have no clue, in fact that pilot seems 100% fine after smashed into ground shows the excellent safety measure used in the MI 28, the fuel tank is not suppose to explode in that situation though. The crash probably because poor maintenance and poor management, nothing to do with Russian quality.

he just kicked the door and jumped out , the only helicopter that got ejection seats is the kamov
