i am not against the metro bus dude just want to know why the hell the revolutionary khadim e alaa didnt made good drainage system in pindi which merely will cost few billion rupees lot less then metro bus type projects drainage and sewerage system are basic things of any city then comes the transportation and metros .. its been 7 years pml n is ruling punjab isnt it incompetency of pml n who are in power 5th time?? tum tou aise keh rahay ho jaise ehsaan kar rahay hain PML N walay development kr ky aur sharif brothers apni pocket se paisa laga rahay hoon jaise its our tax money dude.. jahan tak kpk ki baat hai boyyyy my boyyyyy Kpk ki awam ko koi masla nahi PTI ki priorities se tou tum logon ne kia bantay huway dekhna hai kpk mai ?? metro buses and trains ? where non custom paid cars costs equal to the price of motor bike where every second person own a vehicle

"Particularly heavy" what do you mean by that ? Size of droplets are big or if it rain for a month . From how long is it raining there ? It should not be a issue if you have good drainage system.

In Pakistan the main sewer lines are not deep enough. So nothing can be built underground in Pakistani cities. Sewer system will need to be redesigned first if underground facilities are to be built. Because water can only go down by itself. Water from underground facilities world over go into the main lines which are further down.
