He is allowed to all of that...but he can't go on social media threatening to wiping out a friendly(on paper) country...until your PM does not do this your soldiers definitely should not. You are not North Korea and you should not act like them.

We have a democratic system where everyone has a right to express their views.If a Pakistani mullah can do it in front of the mass certainly a soldier can do it in front of his friends.

First of all no Pakistani soldier wud act unprofessionally and reply as tit for tat to this. I wonder even if ISPR wud consider it worthy replying. Having said so if any soldier took to media without the consent of ISPR then he/she wud be dealt with as per rules in vogue as had happened in the past too.
