Pakistan is not a limited company or a private firm. It is a country, which is supposed to love it's citizens, love of more than at least five mothers.
God loves His people more than 70 mothers and we see even disbelievers having a prosperous and happy life. Disbelievers and wrong doers ultimately face justice but God gives them time and waits for their return.
How will a state love it's citizens? It will give them relief of unimaginable level. Relief for corrupt to mend their ways and relief for needy to provide them sustenance. In short relief will be visible.
