LOL... in case you did not know, "south tibet" a.k.a Arunachal Pradesh is a full fledged State as per the CONSTITUTION OF INDIA

Which means that legally India has recognized it as a part of India and as such can ONLY be separated by a Law passed in parliament, and then passed again in the Rajya sabha with full 2/3rd Majority. Which is like saying, it will NEVER happen.

Why would India declare anything publicly when we are "negotiating" ? This declaration has already been made in the negotiating group and china has already accepted to leave populated regions outside the negotiations.
