I have no issue with french .... they are great depandable friends in need...

Germans I don't know much about and don't think they are that dependable but it would be great ice breaker only not at expence of French

Germanys can be influenced , as the gov that rules germany is pro - "you know who" its is a proxy gov

French have no Strategic Interests like US in SA.

Its India and Pakistan who have no alternatives but to look for sophisticated weapons and find a "monkey" called France who gives to both "cats" India and Pakistan.

We ourselves are letting them play.

Go for 214s and Go for Typhoons/Hornets the french are out of the picture BUT... a BIG BUT, they are better than US as no "sanction" strings attached.

French dont care US at all and if u have money, some good money u can have a very good reliable "Supplier" [ i wont call partner or friends ] for ever.

I think the Marlin-class submarine can still be a potential option to replace the Agosta subs in the future.
