Mehwish Hayat Is All Set To Make Her Debut In A Web Series

Web series has become a new cool in the era of digital entertainment. We have seen many popular actors around the world who have ditched television to be a part of this new wave of change and cater to the needs of the modern viewers. Seems like our local celebrities have also started to follow the new trend.
Recently, it has been reported that the Load Wedding actress Mehwish Hayat is going to take a big leap into the digital space by playing a lead in a web series. The actress has teamed up with the director of ‘Karachi Se Lahore’ Wajahat Rauffor the series and now we are already excited for it.
Moreover, Wajahat Rauf has confirmed the news to Very Filmi saying that he has penned the series which he will direct under the banner of Gateway Entertainment, his collaboration with IMGC. He also informed that apart from Mehwish Hayat, there will be many other prominent celebrities in the series.
Mehwish Hayat has been making round since starring in Actor In Law a couple of years back. Her flick Punjab Nahi Jaungi became the highest grossing film from Pakistan until it was recently taken over by Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 in which she makes a cameo appearance. She will also feature in the cast of 3 Bahadur 3 as a new character for which we are most excited
