If your heart beat, BP and physical movements are normal, then you are normal.
Others things like Gigantism, Balding, squinting, etc. are just many of the various issues that plague Human beings. IT does not prevent you from living a normal life.
In that sense, nobody is perfect.
Somebody has a huge body, somebody has a huge brain. Both has its own challenges. Its just one of the many things that make us humans.

Gigantism is caused by a hormonal disorder in the pituitary gland. The disorder causes development of tumor in the body which raises the overall height of the person. If unchecked, this could cause death of the person as happened with many.

Yeah, if you have an issue with your health, just sit in your home and don't go to the doctor because nobody's perfect and everybody is mortal.
