Regarding your fear, India as a country, runs around sensationalism because there are a lot of low iq people (especially in the northern india) who follow such sensational news. And media's target audience are those. Hence such drama. I would like to reiterate, you ask any reasonable IQ'ed people in india , we will not think twice about Pakistanis coming to India for receiving cheap and quality medical aid.

it was march this year when after neuro test doctors inform me your son need cochlear implant and its very expensive treatment for middle class guy like me .i was very upset meeting after meeting for get out of this situation . i have been informed that india is cheapest place to have this implant . but my clear cut answer was i will never go india for treat my son . never ever want to see my son being twittered by sushma suraaj and being showed by indian media as poor Pakistani kid we help him (even i pay them )
i have three options of implant of my son . one pay 70000-100000$ and make it anywhere in first world. option two pay 20000$ to 35000$ and make it in Pakistan and last pay 8000$ and make it in india . i prefer Pakistan take my all years end service benefits (pension ) and treat him in Pakistan . i will never beg india never ever to treat my son . these was my words even HR admins said they can arrange it in india its very cheap .but i refused . india may be cheap but its expensive for losing self respect and loosing country name . we better bag in Pakistan rather then ask help BJP current regime .they are showing like our country is very bad condition no hospitals in pakistan to treat poor paksitanis like north koreans lollz. they got money but show it as help what the hack is help its medical tourism not help .

thanks to pakistani doctors and three surgons did a great job and boy is playing now a days .
operation and transplant was done in Islamabad

God forbid Imran bhai, but imagine if your son or wife develops a life threatening condition which require you to spend 12K USD -- which you are now short of -- what will your 'Ghairat' do? Will you tell your wife or kid that your life is below my 'Ghairat'? What you have done is essentially made your situation fragile. BTW, Gheirat is another word for Ego. Its good to have but not good to break your financial security for this Ego of yours.

Upshot is, for a number of people this is a real situation. It can be your situation too, now that you have blown 12K USD more than what was needed.

You might be experiencing a warm friendly glow inside. On a person to person level maybe. I have Pakistani friends too.

Does not change the fact that it is an enemy state. And the people in charge there, political, military, clergy, all combined, are at this moment plotting how to hurt us.

We are safe today and always because of those soldiers who are "meant to die"

The guys who I talk about, did not see their 30th birthday. I am 47 now.

Its because of guys like them that you and I can spend time talking to Pakistanis on an internet forum.

Had they been a billion and the tables reversed, have no illusions about what your fate would have been.

u missed my point of contention,,if they r indeed vile enemies plotting against us day n night thn we shud be spending every ounce of our energy destroying thm,,not singing bhayya bhayya bhai bhai every nxt month,,but thts definately not wht we have been doing for last 70yrs(bjp congress whatever,,govt doesnt matter)
If we want peace,,lets do somthng abt it,,even thr we r not doing nethng substantial.
What i actually see is politicians n big shots just satisfied with the status quo n stirring up the situation as n whn it suits thm.
If this is not saas bahu drama thn what is it,,whats our plan of action?they r our neighbours n have substantial similarities with a considerable part of indian populace.
So Shud we destroy thm,shud we make peace,bide our time,,,what exactly,,,othr thn the regular bakbak n nuclear wars on social media,what did we do?(ok we did make bangladesh,,othr thn tht)
