But the Russian had a point. It's annoying if the landlord dictates your routine. If he has so much problem, he shouldn't be renting out his house.

Sorry but I am against it, whether to be done by locals or foreign tourists. You should relook at how shabby those Russian tourists were. It is not because of poverty but because they are hippies.

The myth / propaganda of most Russian tourists being drug peddling criminals has been debunked and busted long ago. Have you been in coma? Even this guy is not doing ganja probably. I think it's probably a simple bidi.
