Is McDonald's rare in Pakistan or are there a lot of them?

I've also wondered how much different the menu is there than here in the states.

There are 71 of them all across Pakistan.

In the states i love carls jr you guys have it think it called hardys in india i dont mind mcdonalds but without beef it good but not great

Carls Jr and Hardys are separate franchises. Lots of Carl's Jr in California whereas Hardys is more midwest, south.

Boycott foreign chains and go to local, standard fast food joints
Build and promote your own brands

Southern California has In'n'Out burger. Back in the day they used to have a 'four by four' burger which was not on the printed menu but you could order it. Four beef patties, four slices of cheese in a bun and no useless junk

We got some in the north I go there my wife loves them but i prefer carls jr. We used to have this independent burger place but it shut down that was the best. Same with pizza owned by Italians best pizza near our high school have a couple of slices and a tub of ranch dressing so good but it's hard for independents

Yeah, I remember driving down from SF to LA we stopped at this pizza place in Gilroy (garlic capital) which has a lot of farms. It was an amazingly good pizza. Fresh artichokes, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. I can still remember the taste and the smell of the farms all around. Good stuff!

Yeah, I remember driving down from SF to LA we stopped at this pizza place in Gilroy (garlic capital) which has a lot of farms. It was an amazingly good pizza. Fresh artichokes, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms. I can still remember the taste and the smell of the farms all around. Good stuff!

These guys their dough wasso good and their tomato sauce was out of this world they used fresh ingredients the pizza was more money 5 dollars than a chain but worth the price. The owners were old their kids were professionals so they sold it to some german couple straight away it got shit

Western fast food, especially the brand names, are considered status symbols in Pakistan. Rich spoiled kids , young professionals, and upwardly mobile couples want to be seen there. The term 'burger' is a derogatory term for a wannbe-Western Pakistani.

Exposure. They help people notice the good things about some countries, I mean atleast in terms of Pakistan, it’s helps their soft image, and gets their cuisine known more throughout the world through their huge fanbases.

From what I’ve seen every single McDonald’s is new, and modern. Here in the uk it’s mixed, most are like how it is in Pakistan, and some are utter crap.

In big cities you will see McDonald's everywhere and in Lahore where I live, all the McDonald's branches are always full of people. I personally prefer local brands like Howdy and Burger Lab, both of which are far superior to McDonald's in my humble opinion.
