PAF Base Masroor, foemerly known as Mauripur, situated on the outskirts of Karachi is one of the largest Airfield serving PAF.
It houses four PAF Tactical Fighter and attack squadrons, including No. 8 (Haider) Unit equipped with Mirage-5PA-3s and armed with AM-39 Exocet ASM for Martime Strike role. Hope you find this article on this important Base interesting.

The Four Squadrons based in Masroor are,

No 2 "Minhas" F-7

No 7 "Bandits" Mirage-III O

No 8 "Haider" Mirage-5PA-3

No 22 "Ghazi" Mirage OCU.

During an emergency, a detachment of F-16s is deployed in Masroor,
however, the new Block-52s will be based in Jacob Abbad.
