What is unethical in that...that's just factual pictures. After 30 years of rule on Pakistan and especially on Punjab, they couldn't make a single hospital that could treat her mother? and what about the people of Pakistan..Is her descended from sky or what? I never wrote anything unethical. I wish speedy recovery to her mother . If politicians are asking to get votes of Pakistani public then they or their children should be living, studying , working and getting medical treatment in Pakistan. Pakistan should be their permanent residence
