Vietnamese troops had good moral, training and tactics during the border skirmish with China. We shouldn't dismiss them easily. I think they could rival Chinese up to a company level, but beyond that they simply didn't have the firepower.

His son in law Henry Nguyen was alumni of world most odious vampire squid Goldman Sachs.

Nguyen Tan Dung and all his cronies milk the country dry. There are many mega corruption case involving scandalous amount of monies.

He then transfer the hate of Vietnam towards China by stirring trouble with China.
