Chakmas and other tribals are itinerant traveler population (slash and burn agriculturists) that came in from Burma and settled in hills which belong to Bangladesh territory. To qualify as citizens, they have to assimilate with our society and values as RESPONSIBLE citizens and members of society - which some of them have in urban areas. Armed separatists will not be tolerated however.

Chakma people who move to the city are generally nice people. they r mostly educated and contribute to the economy just like any other average Bengali. Its the people who live along and around the border that r trouble makers and its not just them, the Bengalis there aren't nice either. This is why there should be development for some of the major districts on same level as Dhaka so that everyone is happy.
