A very good and welcome development. DM MP is slowly changing the ground realities. This guy is slowly changing my own personal opinion about him (well i am an aam aadmi

As a layman since i drive from my place to Goa by road almost 2 timss every year for a holiday, i had sen Goa changing under his tenure. He did some good work at grassroot levels. But i was very skeptical if he can do well as DM.. BUt i have to say, he is a very intelligent man and slowly but surely he is ensuring common sense prevail over unnecessary "strategic" relationship and wastage.
