The most fundamental pillar of this country's constitution states no law can be enacted in Pakistan that is against the tenets of Islam. This rule is surely against the teachings of Quran so this rule needs to be thrown in the garbage and no one should follow it because it is against the constitution of the land.

The ijma has been formed and can only be revisited by the parliament if needs arise.

Pakistani law is basically decided in parliament and there can be no discussions once its passed,.. its game over.
Only place you control, that laws passed in parliament are according to certain standards, is by setting pre-conditions of parliament candidates accordingly!

Constitution of the land ?? Have you ever bothered to read/understand it ?? The same constitution that states that no law contrary to Islam can be enacted in Pakistan, through article 203 has empowered/established the Federal Shariat Court (and the Shariat Appellate Bench of the SC) as the only institution that has the authority to examine and decide the question whether or not any law or provision of law is repugnant to the injunctions of Islam..... And the Federal Shariat Court has already decided (Jan 5, 2000) that this law (i.e. Section 6 of 1961 Family Ordinance) is NOT against the teachings of the Holy Qur'an ...... Now if you really are a staunch constitutionalist (as you were trying to pretend) you should obey the constitution and the law of the land

So Mussalmans have to change the rule since it is against the spirit of Islam.
Parliament consists of corrupt uneducated libturds who have no knowledge of the religion..how can they do legislation..they have no authority..
