Malaysian Defence Minister Taunts LCA Tejas as a Test Subject.!!

Seems to me, that you are the loser here.
your mum is the real loser here who put out a senseless shit like u. only if your mum had not drunk cow urine that much result would be different. u might had some sense in u, but whatever, Try reading non bias sources and u will figure it, jf 17 was the best selection because of capabilities that it offered, at the price tag. There is a whole different world outside india's bias perspective try living in that world. such shameless losers u are.

For clear political reasons apparently - the US stepped in hard.

So then it never really was an even playing field was it? Im not saying American engines aren’t better than Russian ones but if that was the disqualification criteria then everything else was moot.
No, but the customer said so in the article in the original post, making ridiculing the Tejas ridiculous. They rejected both the JF-17 and the Tejas because they considered them both to be unreliable.

Jf17 was rejected because of the SCS dispute. Not because of its performance.

The government had previously considered fighter jets offered by various countries, including India (Tejas), Pakistan (JF-17), Russia (MIG-35), and Turkey (Hurizet)
So why did he mention US engines?

This is what happens if you jump into this news now rather than following it from the start. The JF17 was offered but later rejected due to the SCS dispute

How is the connection to the US engine based on reliability?
The US engine has commonalities with RMAF F/A-18s and provides an easier onboarding - that aspect was key to them along with their experience with the Al-31s on the MKMs.

They also operated the RD-33s on their Mig-29s so they had commonalities there. but those were phased out and the F-18 is still flying with the GE-404.

That has nothing to do with the overall aspect of reliability and to lump them together is disingenuous. The Tejas isn’t suited to be a LIFT from the get go and was always a poor contender but palm oil sales are a good lubricant to get in the door.

Fact remains, JF-17 was rejected way before Tejas and had a non-US engine.

It is quite obvious that somebody did photoshop that picture, and You are the one to post this fake picture in multiple threads.
You have not been able to show where you found it so the conclusion that You photoshopped it is obvious.

You were the one that brought Gripen into the discussion with false claims, so you are the one trying to derail the thread, which started with you violating forum rules by changing the title of an article.
As I said you are suffering serious comprehension issues. During a visit to Pakistan, Malaysian PM showed keen interest in the JF-17 and requested Pakistan to send two aircraft to Malaysia for evaluation. Due to certain issues, Pakistan didn't oblige thus the question of JF-17 being a contender ended there. Therefore your repeated rants that it was rejected before Tejas displays a very Indian mindset. And No the PAF pilot seen with Gripen is no PS. He retired as an Air Marshal and also served as JF-17 Project Incharge. He was in Sweden to evaluate the Gripen and that particular picture today hangs in his living room.

Noone denies that he is a pilot.
It is however clear that the picture is not genuine.
Your claims therefore lack value without sources.
If Pakistan had really evaluated Gripen, it would have made the news - which it did not.

So you have proven absolutely nothing.

I know your emotions are hurt that's why you keep spewing words upon words.
Relax.... Gripen is not any 7th generation jet.
