I think the gutting of mantralaya was well put up plan by some corrupt ministers so that files and documents which could prove their guilty be turned to ashes!!

No not all. Only necessary documents are infront of court. But the files that was to do with the permission and and who approve what are most likely to be in Ashes. I will be surprised if Adarsh files are intact
BTW Adarsh is only Flagship there are a lot of alike projects so we can be sure those all unknown projects will be never known to us. Similar threads
