Yesterday night after I left my office late, I was greeted with high frequency waves torture and gases again. Later the brain control agents continued to stimulate me to say something of the sort that I wanted to hurt Americans something I truly believe I have no least intention to do but I was of course very ironic about hollowness of American society and lack of values that brain control and mind retarding agencies are operating full steam across the world including trying to control hundreds/thousands inside United States. It is impossible for me to fathom in good faith how such activities can continue side by side with the tall claims of humanity made by Americans. I would rather call so many such people babbling about greatness of human values in American society champions of masquerading humanity. On top of that some of these people want to discredit me from my fundamental research since it is not acceptable and tolerable for so many people in USA that a Muslim could have contributed to Mathematics research. Seems like it is another wrong muslims have done that has to be checked by force. Talk about humanity and related things have no merit since there is enough cultural decency in American society so that people are alright in everyday affairs when there is nothing special but whenever put to real test of humanity, I believe Americans have mostly failed and even some of their large institutions are supporting mind control activity.

Let me describe a few experiences with the banks in the past so that I could place some other things in the appropriate context. When secret agencies and governments try to accomplish something (many times wrong), many of the accepted norms of the society lose meanings. Most of us would naively believe that banks are mostly rock solid about their dealings with their clients and never go out of the way to steal anybody's money since they have to keep public trust intact. Many banks claim that their records cannot be changed. I will cite two occasions when my money was stolen by banks and they changed their records. I will not name the banks. One is a Pakistani Bank and the other is a British Bank.
Before coming to UK in 2010, I had paid a guy some money through some bank checks in Lahore. All checks were cleared but a check for a few thousand dollars did not clear since my account was dormant due to inactivity. The guy continued to ask me to activate my account but I did not since I had already paid him more than the desired amount. He continued to insist for several months until I left for UK (Aug-Sep 2010) and I did not activate my account at all. When I was in UK, when I needed more money, among other sources I thought of contacting the bank to withdraw the money. But I got the shocking news that my check had been cashed in early year. I knew that my account was dormant and the other guy had continued to insist that my check was not getting cashed and then all of a sudden bank told me that check had been cashed very early in the year. I was spending cash in UK fast since I had to live in good hotels for my safety and UK services had realized that somehow I must lose money. The bank changed the books in the past dates and withdrew money from my account. When I went to the bank branch after coming to Pakistan, they told me that account must have been inactive since there was no previous activity in the record for several years but they claimed that they were not keeping record of dormant accounts in 2010 which was a complete lie. Besides I knew that the other guy(counterparty for the check) continued to insist through the mid year that I activate my account.
The second experience was with a British Bank that I will not name who stole my thousand pounds. For the same reason that UK services wanted to bleed my money so I could not last much longer. Whenever I withdrew money from the bank I used my check book that I always kept on me. I was from Pakistan and I was not even aware before that incident that you could get a withdrawal slip from the bank and show your identity to withdraw your money. Of course bank could not get my check book but they fabricated my signatures on a withdrawal slip on a day when I was in the city. I complained to the bank and they said they will make an inquiry but nothing happened. I wrote about it several times on internet when I was in UK with the name of the bank and I even told the bank what I was writing. So a large UK bank also stole my money and never returned it.
So much so for our perceptions and trust about the integrity of banks and other such institutions. Similar also holds for many other institutions in our society. Now I have been persecuted for eighteen years and the people behind my persecution who continued to for example force the banks to steal my money and so many other countless acts of animal humanity are worried that my research would be known to all the world and they would do everything in their power to stop my persecution from continuing. With due apology from all good Americans and many great universities, I am sure there could be a strong possibility that my research might be claimed by someone who has been prepared by the same people behind my persecution and of course everything like records can be thoroughly manipulated in this world and in fact it can be proven that somebody had actually done the same research and submitted it long time ago before I did which is among many other possibilities and ways of discrediting me.

I have been trying to complete first full version of my research paper but I continue to sense there has been a large increase in efforts to drug my food somewhere before I complete the work. I am seriously afraid that there will again be attempts to declare me mentally ill and put me in confinement again and I sense that this has to be done before I complete the work. I will be given injections like they always did previously so that the attempts at brain control and retarding me could succeed. I would request all good humans in America and elsewhere to stop both American and Pakistanis infrastructure involved in this activity to end this now and let me live a free human being. If good people do not act now, I am very sure that again I would be detained and forced on strong antipsychotics mixed with brain control drugs to retard the brain forever if they could.

The current objectives of the brain control activity against me seem to control my neurotransmitters as much as they can for two more weeks and there is desperation in brain control agents targeting me to control things as much as they can including my ability to do research and compose things. The purpose seems that new American government will take decisive steps to make sure that I get retarded forever. It seems that patrons of brain control agents in USA know that their next move must be to force the coming favorable government to follow their line and decisively do whatever can be done on government level to retard me. I will strongly request Americans and other good humans across the world to force the leaving government to take decisive steps to end the brain control activity against me firmly now because the new American government is expected to be too draconian to take inhuman steps to retard me forever. I will request people across the world to support my human cause of my freedom and do whatever they can to end this brain control and retarding activity forever now.

I would like to ask Americans if brain control activity and attempts at retarding brains of intelligent individuals who have dissenting views or who happen to belong to foreign nations is compatible with values and ethics of American society. If Americans consider that such activities are in fact acceptable in their society then they should own them as part of their ethics and if Americans think that such practices cannot become a part of their values, they should be very clear in condemning such activities and strictly outlawing them forever. I do not believe there is any middle ground where American agencies could continue to extra-judicially retard people while Americans continue to claim that that such practices are not acceptable in their values system at all. Such middle ground only sends a strong message about hypocrisy and deception about the whole American society and I think Americans should avoid any such thing since I believe this middle ground might be the worst case scenario in the longer run.

I am not here about making any decisions of what is good or bad for Americans, they have to know it on their own. But I would ask them whenever they decide to do something they should ask themselves just one question whether what they are doing is compatible with accepted American values. People of other nations are more concerned with how Americans deal with them in things that matter and when American show goodness and a kind heart, they like them and this is exactly what original and genuine American values dictate. Nobody from outer world who is intelligent enough has any business to think about Americans' personal matters, sexual practices or any other irrelevant thing of that sort. Rest of the world has more innocence to reciprocate kindness from Americans with more kind thoughts about Americans.

Again talking about American values, I would point towards this dichotomy in American society. I believe most Americans stress that they are blind towards ethnicity or religion of other people as long as other people are good and genuine towards them. However with great apology towards so many jews(to cite them in this example. Many of whom I regard in great esteem because of their contributions to humanity), I would make this claim that I would have been a celebrated scientist or researcher in America if I were a jew but my muslim religion, on the other hand, earned me decades of persecution and ignominy. I had absolutely no ill will about any American when my persecution started. I always just passed around the university campus as a totally innocent boy. So even if muslims are good towards you and hold you in good esteem, you would still want to hurt them? I do not believe this a genuine American value.

There are so many good universities in United States that do not retard their students but I believe there are enough universities who retard their students with great precision solely because of the talent of the students. I would urge all good universities to make sure that in the future if any university condones such activity, the accreditation of the university would be cancelled.

I would like to tell good Americans and the rest of the world that American agencies working to retard me and others always operated with great haughtiness and had never made the least effort to maintain even the least semblance of human rights. They like to for example ask people to beat the targets violently when desired to do that. I have been physically beaten by people more than ten times over the past years. These people have no sense of empathy for human suffering they cause from their actions and they are in fact proud of their cruel activities. I would recall that more than fifteen years ago I was given electric shocks repeatedly for fifteen days. I would be taken on a stretcher to the operation room where the doctor would put a wedge in my mouth between the teeth and give me an injection and then I would not know what happened. I was not even interviewed by the psychiatrist before he started my treatment. I would repeat that doctor did not care to interview me at all and did everything after listening to what my family had to say. I would still recall defecating on the bed in the hospital and sheets were being changed and part of the bed washed after that.

Since I have been trying to get message across good people in America and rest of the world, there is enough realization in American agencies to maintain some semblance of human rights since there are enough good people who empathize with my cause. Otherwise the episodes of violent beatings, forced injections, and forced confinement would have already been repeated several times. In fact, I am very sure there were plans several times in the past few weeks to forcefully confine me and declare me mentally ill but I continued to write here and American agencies had to abandon their plans since they had realized that everybody had come to know about my good mental health and tactics American agencies would be exposed very clearly to rest of the world. But I am extremely sure that American agencies still want to declare me mentally ill since they have no other alternative way to control me. And they will somehow continue to make attempts to do that.

American agencies had placed me in forced confinement when I had first presented my new method of iterated integrals for the solution of stochastic and ordinary differential equations. These agencies are motivated by a great desire of self preservation so they can continue to extra-judicially retard intelligent people across the world forever a practice that earns good Americans a bad name all over the world. Can any good American realize how foreigners are shocked when they know how some universities in United States continue to retard intelligent people of other nations and other individuals who criticize the mainstream views. Coming back to my previous forced confinement at the end of May last year when I had first presented the method of iterated integrals, the staff that came to take me to mental health facility had orders to beat me and they were being belligerent. I continued to calm them down for several minutes asking them to not hit or beat me assuring that I would do everything as they wanted me to do and only then I could avoid the beating. There were totally frivolous issues presented to declare me schizophrenic. Things of the sort were told that he has five different soaps in his wash room. He has put paper tape on some ducts. He does not eat from home. Anything slightly idiosyncratic was cited to declare me schizophrenic. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my behavior with others at all. On top of all these frivolous things that were said to declare me schizophrenic, the doctor who had confined me was an MBBS and was not even a specialist psychiatrist and no other specialist visited me for nine days and he continued to keep me in confinement. When after nine days a specialist psychiatrist finally had a session with me, he asked the MBBS doctor to let me out of confinement as there was no need to do so in the minds of the qualified psychiatrist but the MBBS doctor continued to force me in confinement for several more weeks since the facility was his property.

Now American agencies are again trying to use my family so that I could somehow be declared mentally ill again. I would request all good Americans, and good people from other countries of the world to force Americans in authority to stop these attempts at retarding innocent but intelligent civilians of other nations and dismantle this American agency forever so that such actions would not damage the repute of good Americans ever again.

For several long years I had been requesting people across the world including good Americans to do something to stop my illegal, extra-judicial and religious/racial persecution. In earlier years I had very little recognition due to my work but I continued to try to get my message across since I do believe there is enough goodness in human beings everywhere in the world and I was very sure many people would understand and try to help me in my cause. There were many many times when there were attempts to silence my voice but I continued to make an effort to present my case to good people in every country of the world. When I started, many people would respond with total disbelief but a lot of good people came to know that I was speaking the truth about what was happening tome and there exist scientific ways to retard people everywhere in the world and sometimes attempts are made to alter their behavior even when they are not permanently retarded forever. I believe there are enough people in different countries of the world who understand my message, discuss these issues and think about how to change things for the better by somehow ending the extra-judicial brain retarding and control activity forever.

I would request all good people in America and different countries of the world to make sure that my persecution that started about two decades ago ends now. I would request everyone to raise their voice to end this continuous torture forever. I have enough capability to do world-class mathematical research and I would like to continue to do that for the benefit of every human being anywhere in the world. It is my passion to do interesting mathematics and I hope that good people across the world would certainly understand my cause and want me to continue. When I first did my research on interest rate models, I always made my research and my cutting edge programs available to public and I truly liked the idea of people benefiting from the work I had done. Over past few years, whatever work I had done, I continued to post it so that other intelligent people could use it and also employ the ideas in their own research. I would like to continue to contribute whatever little I can to other people who do research in mathematics and related sciences. Most people would agree that it is science that has helped shape a better humanity as we see it today as compared to previous centuries when there was little scientific knowledge. Please let people who are passionate about science and mathematics make their contribution for good of all of us.

I would again request good Americans and good humans all over the world to please make sure that American agencies do not make fresh attempts at retarding me forever as this is a very crucial time. I am very afraid that they will now make some decisive attempts at declaring me ill or injecting my body somewhere so that they could somehow control me again. If good people everywhere in the world do not act now, it is certainly bound to happen. It is my appeal to good people everywhere to do whatever they can to stop such evil things from happening to me and all of us.

As it seems that things are still heated up. I want to complete first real version of my paper possibly tonight or tomorrow. I have to go to see my doctor with my parents tomorrow. I am seriously afraid that they will strongly try to pressurize the doctor in order to somehow control me in terms of the medication and injections. I really cannot preclude the possibility that they would want to give me some injections through the doctor so that they could continue their brain control efforts.

There could be the grand plan to give me some injections and then move some of their corrupt people to claim my research. I am sure no good human would ever want to become a part of any such evil thing but I am sure this scenario is on cards if they could control me with injections tomorrow.

They would also like to try to alter what I would like to do in the future by insisting through my doctor and the family that I accept other people's suggestions about what to do in the future.

I have tried to make the original idea behind the expansion very clear and accessible and I have also included applications of new method to systems of non-linear equations of arbitrary order. I have also included mathematica code in my paper for the solution of arbitrary order ODEs and systems of arbitrary order ODEs. There are also parallels to this research in the solution of stochastic differential equations.

Abstract: Our goal is to give a very simple, effective and intuitive algorithm for the solution of initial value problem of ODEs of 1st and arbitrary higher order with general i.e. constant, variable or nonlinear coefficients and the systems of these ordinary differential equations. We find an expansion of the differential equation/function to get an infinite series containing iterated integrals evaluated solely at initial values of the dependent variables in the ordinary differential equation. Our series represents the true series expansion of the closed form solution of the ordinary differential equation. The method can also be used easily for general 2nd and higher order ordinary differential equations. We explain with examples the steps to solution of initial value problems of 1st order ordinary differential equations and later follow with more examples for linear and non-linear 2nd order and third order ODEs. We have given mathematica code for the solution of nth order ordinary differential equations and show with examples how to use the general code on 1st, 2nd and third order ordinary differential equations. We also give mathematica code for the solution of systems of a large number of general ordinary differential equations each of arbitrary order. We give an example showing the ease with which our method calculates the solution of system of three non-linear second order ordinary differential equations.
