Yes I was aware of this. Israel is the only country in the world that uses it's own systems on board f16I it is the only country that once f16 are delivered it can do what it likes to them.
As the article indicates Elbit systems is a supplier and israel is not a partner.
That's was my whole point. Israel can do what it likes but other countries cant. This is the dominance of israel in the US politics.
