Point was, and is INDIAN SIKHS, thousands of them visit HAssan Abdal every year. How many PAKISTANIS are allowed to visit Ajmer, and Hazrat Bal?

Honestly we don't care much about Pakistanis or any other foreigners visiting some of our holiest shrines. If they want to visit they are free to come. May be most are not. Besides, the issue of security also there when it comes to Pakistan. Hope that answers your questions.

It doesn't. Fact is India doesn't give visas to Pakistanis to visit Holy shrines, whereas Pakistan does.
