What's new

Look no further: Japan Inc. wants you

His area is in Polymer/plastics i heard. Currently his jobs requires him to travel a lot and deal with sales. Very tiring.

Sales you said? So he has high experience in marketing then?

Mitsubishi is something he should consider -- plus, there is a strong link to Malaysia and other ASEAN states.

Has he considered an Engineering Liaison position ?

Mitsubishi Chemical Engineering Corporation

She is exceptionally proficient in Japanese. She has cleared the JLPT N1 exam.
Ok I'll tell her that.

Excellent ! And I bet her english fluency is exceptional as well. Recommend her to explore outside and apply -- best of luck to her and your uncle !

Definitely i would recommend she eventually apply for Japanese permanent residency. She will have more opportunity , and at the same time she can always keep her Indian National Citizenship. :)

Excellent ! Good luck on the JLPT N5! And one thing i would recommend is considering English tutoring services as a part time opportunity. Indian Nationals living/ working in Japan have the strengths to teach english language in Japan , and people are willing to pay $20-$30 per hour on tutoring services ;)

As for a good book :

Its fair !

Amazon.com: Japan: Its History and Culture (9780071412803): W. Scott Morton, J. Kenneth Olenik, Marius B. Jansen: Books

To be honest it is comparatively quiet easy for most Indians to learn Japanese language than Westerners. The sentence construction is similar to my native language (Marathi) or Hindi rather than English. Plus our script already has all the sounds that Japanese language uses. The only difficult part is the vocabulary and Kanjis . So I use my native language to get the sentence construction right.
