We Chinese always know that you get go anywhere without giving sweat and tears. The parents of those kids paid all the money they have to get their kids in there in the first place, they can always choose to pull out but that rarely happens, they know that millions of other kids are eagerly waiting to replace theirs.

China is not a democratic country.
These are very common, as Chinese cannot stand and agitate.
