If the BBC story is so weak, why isn't MQM suing them for defamation in a British court? Why was Waseem Akhtar making retarded excuses as to why MQM isn't going to sue the BBC in Kashif Abbasi's show recently?

MQM has the opportunity to score a big point in public opinion if they sue the BBC and win. But if the BBC provides evidence and names of the officials that gave them the information in court, it is a potential disaster for MQM.

MQM's reluctance to sue over this article shows nothing other than guilt or complicity.
