don't know if you know but an election is about to take place and the tory govt here knows it can whip up extra votes by appealing to the far-right..

Reaping benefits of unchecked salafist/tableeghi etc infestation. UK has been badly infested with poisonous Salafist ideology. I grew up along them when they first appeared during early 90's. They were shady then and prefer to keep to themselves due to being 'chosen people' and occasionally go bezerk like this.

The door knockers aka tableeghis were big recruiters of the time converted lot of young kids back in the day..parents knew these wahabi types were no good (they never owned up to it then which is even more shady) but by the time anyone realised and they kids started celebrating eid with saudi instead of their families... it was too late.

These kids were now more 'learned' than their parents and took control. Alot of tableeghis changed to salafi not long after but all on the same bed with insanity gene strong.

Sufis were chilling during this time eating mithai and halwa and collecting fees.

Look at the dates mention, the event he attended was At Fishmongers' Hall, where Cambridge University was holding a conference on prisoner rehabilitation, he attended the event, where dozens of people including students and former prisoners were present, now for that event surly more security should have been added giving the kind of people attending the event and past convictions

It is high time the government of Pakistan puts some pressure on Britain to demand the extradition of Altaf Hussain the terrorist. If the Brits don't comply there should be some diplomatic consequence. The Pakistani state is very feeble when it comes to taking Altaf Hussain to task. We have a sizeable expat community living in Britain, but that doesn't mean that the Pakistani state should seize all efforts to demand justice.

Personally I would have disbanded all diplomatic relations with Britain just over Altaf Hussain.

i saw many British news sites..noone called him a Pakistani, unless you have somethign to share..
the court judgment however blames he was planning to fund some madrsa in Pakistan.
