2015:
- On 2 January, a 13-year-old girl, Sumaira, was killed by Indian BSF firing in Pakistani residential areas of Zafarwal,[75] while a 5 year old child, Mursaleen was injured in the Shakargarh sector of the Sialkot.[76]
- On 2 January, two Indian soldiers and one female civilian were killed, as well as 11 civilians injured, by Pakistani army fire.[77][78] The Hindu reported that 2 Pakistani Rangers were killed after 9:30 PM IST during the exchange.[79]
- On 5 January, Four civilians were killed by Indian firing and shelling on Pakistani residential areas, including 18 years old Azeem from Bore Chak and a woman from Sukhmal village in Zafarwal sector and two other civilians. Pakistani soldiers also responded by firing on BSF posts.[37]
- - On 5 January, A BSF soldier was killed by Pakistani firing on BSF posts at Hiranagar in Samba sector of Jammu & Kashmir.[9][21][80]
- On 14 February, a sixty-year-old villager was killed by Indian fire in Rawalakot sector along the Line of Control.[81][82]

- On 1 May, a Pakistani civilian, Amanat Ali, was killed by Indian BSF in Shakargarh sector.[84]
- On 30 May, Indian Police captured a Pakistani pigeon from Pathankot. The bird had Shakargarh and Narowal written on its body in English, along with some numbers and words in Urdu. Indian intelligence believed that the pigeon was being used for spying purposes.[85]
- On 5 July, Abhijit Nandi, a BSF soldier, was killed in cross border fire by Pakistani Rangers on 6 BSF outposts in Arnia sector near the Line of Control.[11][86][87]
- On 5 July, Indian Army handed back an 11 years old boy, Sameer Kayani, from Azad Kashmir, who had mistakenly crossed the Line of Control.[88]
- On 9 July, Krishna Kumar Dubey, a BSF soldier, was killed by Pakistan Rangers fire at a BSF post in Baramulla sector.[10][89][90]
- On 11 July, Pakistan Rangers handed over the body of Kant Lal, from Jammu, who drowned in the river Chenab to the BSF.[91][92]
- On 15 July, two Indian civilians were killed by Pakistan Rangers firing on Kanachak and Bhalwal Bharath areas along International Border.[19][93] According to the Indian media reports, the Pakistan Rangers also targeted five outposts of BSF,[94] injuring two BSF soldiers.[19]
- Pakistan Army claimed to have shot down an Indian spy drone in Bhimber, Azad Kashmir. According to ISPR, the spy drone was being used for aerial photography.[22][23] An official of the Indian Air Force denied the claim. A photo supplied by the Pakistani military appeared to show a Chinese-made DJI Phantom 3, said Huw Williams, the Unmanned Systems Editor at IHS Jane's International Defence Review. "Due to its limited operating range — about two km — if the Indian military is using the system it would most likely be for close reconnaissance or security work," Williams said.[95] Pakistan summoned the Indian high commissioner in Islamabad to raise the issue.[96]
- On 16 July, five Pakistani civilians, including Ghulam Mustafa, Rahat, Boota and 18 years old Zareena, were killed and dozens others injured including cattle by Indian BSF fire at the Malana and Salehpur villages in Chaprar sector near Sialkot.[39][97]
- On 18 July; on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the Pakistan Rangers refused to accept sweets from the Indian BSF to protest continuous ceasefire violation along LoC and international border.[98]
- On 18 July, five Indian civilians were injured in cross-border fire exchange. According to the Indian media, Pakistan targeted Indian outposts in Naushera sector of Rajouri district and Poonch sector.[99][100] According to the Pakistan Army, Indian Army had violated ceasefire by firing on the Nezapir Sector of Azad Kashmir but no casualties were reported[101] and the Pakistan Army retaliated.[102]
- On 20 July, a team of the United Nations Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan visited the areas affected by cross border fire on the Sialkot working boundary. "The UNMOGIP visited areas most affected by recent Indian firing and were shown evidence of ceasefire violations," an ISPR statement said.[103][104] The team flew by helicopter to the Pakistani side of the boundary; "The UNMOGIP observers visited Saleh Pur, Chaprar and Malane in Chaprar Sector near working boundary", the statement added,[105] on Pakistan Army's request.[106]
Pakistan violates LoC at Kashmir and targets BSF. This has recently increased after Pak-India meeting at Russia.Attacking at Kashmir posts is an impressive strategy by Pakistan.Kashmir is a disputed territory and neither one of both sides want to give it up.Pakistan attacking at Kashmir post(for any reason you believe such as to help inflators or whatever BS you believe), is a way it is protesting why Kashmir issue was not highlighted in the last international meeting. This will help raise Kashmir issue as news of LoC violations will circulate in the all media platforms.
Though,India is responding at Sialkot(responding at Kashmir is a disadvantage for them), but due to civilians residing near the border and getting targeted because of it, India is not showing a good image to the world as well as to its citizens.
After the violations at LoC,at the end of the day, more innocent civilians lives are lost than that of security forces of each side.
Pakistan will not stop firing at posts of Kashmir until the disputed issue is resolved but the thing is,By discussing here or in the media, this issue will not be solved.
