Unlike Pak army which have a confirmed history of covering up its losses be it in 1971 or kargil,Indian Army has never done that nor it does have any reason to cover up any soldiers death now..

Really...?Almost all the pak army losses were covered up in west pakistan by pak media and ISPR during the 1971 war,right upto the very day before the one when pakistan surrendered..And in kargil war it was even worse..Pakistan Army refused to accept the presence of its dead soldiers and even accept the bodies..Lets leave the past Have ISPR released a statement on the pak major dead in LOC last day?Why is the mainstream media not reporting it even though the death was due to accidental fall..?

Quite a few actually.The main causes of these civilian casulaities are
1]Mortar firing-this applies to both sides
2]Grazers or porters are difficult to distinguish from militants in same type of clothing-tensions made army trigger happy as they are not willing let these people come into firing range.Sometimes They are grazers but actually guides in disguise for infiltrators.-This reason leads to casualities.
