What is the real percentage of Shia population in Pakistan?

Different sources on the internet give different numbers
Pro Sunni sources: 7 to 8 %
Independent Sources: 12-13 %
Pro Shia Sources: 20 to 22 %
CIA Factbook: 10 to 15%

I am not concerned with percentage BUT people going off to fight for another country and in their proxy! Orya maqbool jan used to say that those who went from Pakistan and afghistan were not even allowed to be buried in the special graveyard of pasdaran. They are merely cannon fodder.

Perhaps you are confusing this with Mujahideen. This is more like French Foreign legion. The idea has more to do with regiments inducted through a govt. channel like i mentioned in my last post.Legionnaires will be highly trained infantry soldiers and the Legion is unique in that it is open to foreign recruits specifically from Iran willing to serve for SUNNIS of Iran and Pakistan..We should help Shia as well if they ask and prove we are not sectarian unlike them.
FATF has got more to do with money laundering , its a political tool.Pakistan needs to fix its institutions either way.I consider going to FATF a blessing in disguise.

Wahhabis attacked religious sites in Syria that is why Zainabyoun exists. That is the connection. The group may serve Iran's interest but their Shia recruits are motivated by preventing destruction of religious sites by Wahhabis. These people would side with anyone who will protect their sacred heritage.

I think its time china, russia, EU and others also put sanctions on iran as it is the only source of fasaad is this region.

That's what they were told while recruiting, instead they ended up killing thousands of common Syrians including women and children..These shrines have been there and have been kept safe whether Sunni or Shia rulers ruled,however, the lie was created in perfect sync with ISIS to recruit masses..

I know a lot of my countries Shias from PARACHINAR and KARACHI went to Syria and Yemen for the Iranian cause. On the other hand in the past SA had bankrolled dozens of extremists,sectarian and political groups in Pakistan to fight for their own agendas. Any Pakistani using the excuse of using this militia to protect these sites in syria needs to ask:

Why use the militia/proxies from other countries. Why don't they send in their regular forces from the army (not the IRGCs and the militias)? I am sure they have a few battalions spare for this duty.

They want to hide their involvement. Even then the soldiers can be voluntold for extra regimental employment in Syria.

They are just using Pakistanis and others as cannon fodder and we all know they were not just being used to guard the sites but in pitched battles as well.

Pakistanis need to call this spade as a spade.

This has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with extending the influence of their regime for nationalistic reasons.

Good luck with being cannon fodder for other countries.
