Although media reports can be excused to carry typographical errors.
In any case, the payloads are successfully placed in orbit and that is enough reason to rejoice.
No need to observe closely if you know the classification/definition.
Anyway its about Media and not ISRO.
So its hunky dory in the end because all satellites got ejected successfully as intended.
PSLV's prowess has never been under scrutiny.
