What ? ISPR? They did have some contract cameramen with handheld HD cameras . Let's see how it goes

I saw a video company can't remember its name but it was a big truck parked outside the parade venue, so safe to assume it is outsourced,ptv still records in cassestes speaks about the quality.

It's decent for me now. Haven't buffered in a couple minutes so far. They should do this from now on.
