True.. and to be frank, I could not watch more than a few seconds.. My daughter is almost the same age.. But I have seen videos of such nonsense in Pakistan, India, even USA.. So I will be a little wary of branding this as a chinese phenomenon

I think some people need to calm down. While this is a horrific act, I wouldn't paint all Chinese with the same brush. Why? Because then you would be just as racist as the people in this video.
