i think i can,human is nothing but actually a character which is projected by god.....humans are unique combination of two properties:
1)God's attributes
2)nafs(properties opposite to god's qualties)

thus humans are form...if you seperate 'nafs' from human properties,then all is left is soul,which is just Allah's property,
this soul make us 50%real while our nafs make us 50%unreal or fake....

the surroundings around us is unreal matter of earth,due to presence of 50%nafs and matter in us,we become a part of this world,matter......but if begain to resists our nafs,then god's attributes and propeties will enchance in us as a result of which will transfrom towards reality,as a result of which we will begain to escape from our surroundings......

recently,a powerful theory is presented in physics....which explains the same phenomenon......you can also check the biocentrisim theory which will enhance your concept about life...

Where free will fits in there?

If i have no choice but just to follow what is written for me then why i should be punished or rewarded for my actions which i have no control over. According to you we are just following the pre-planned path written for us

Actually i did not get your mixed thoughts here. You say human is nothing but actually a character which is projected by God ?

Can you tell me what is real and what is illusion ? Do you know the difference between real and unreal or between reality and perception ?

You have to mix the bitter with the sweet to know the true meaning of life. If everything in life always went well then the good part of life would be difficult to determine because you would not have anything to compare it to
