Modern democracy in the west is the result of social evolution. It did not take root by artificial means. Socialism / communism is artificial though. There is no guarantee that democracy will ever take root in a society because evolution is never linear.

We haven't seen those NATO democracy protectors when the Spaniards oppressed the people of Catalonia who were asking for liberty and dependency.... Catalans are much closer to NATO than Libya is ... but they certainly have no OIL, so there was no action from NATO

NATO crushed the Human Rights violator, leaving Libyans to decide for themselves,
and they, together with foreign and internal Islamists/War Lords crushed Libya.
NATO did the same thing with Serbia, but with a very different result.

That is because the Catalans violated the constitution, and where were the mass murders,
which is what triggered the Libyan, Serbian, and Syrian campaigns?

Why did not the US take control over SaudiArabia after Gulf War I?
They had half a million troops inside Saudi Arabia, and could have easily taken over the whole Kingdom, deporting every Saudi to Yemen or other neighbours.
The US did not take over, which disproves the theories of bitter islamist losers.

There are no UN resolutions regarding Myanmar. They are blocked by China.
There were UN resolutions for Libya, Serbia and Syria.

First... those democracies have a Christian history/culture... but they got their Democracy by being SECULAR... they refused the Law of God...

I can mention a few Muslim-majority countries that are democracies (or very close to the definition at least) but can you mention a single Black majority country that is truly a democracy? Please don't mention those tiny Caribbean islands (former British colonies and Commonwealth members) with large White and non-Black minorities (usually those in power).

Haiti is almost 100% Black and it is the most impoverished and problematic country on the Western Hemisphere.

If you can mention a single Black-majority country that is comparable to Tunisia and Lebanon (majority Arab and Muslim nations) for instance we can talk.

If you are "White", Casper The Friendly Ghost is Black. You are as "White" as the darkest Afro-Arabs in KSA.
