I keep hearing how Assad is killing peaceful demonstrators, but no one was able to provide a single video of it, ever. How come? Maybe because Assad is fighting armed gangs, regardless how you want to call them - terrorists or rebels, fact remains - every government have every right to fight armed gangs who kill not only police/army, but innocent civilians too. And yes, there are plenty of proof of terrorists killing civilians on purpose, you dont have such proof against Assad.

Gaddafi used African mercenaries as the backbone of his fighting force so the people there are angry at them. Or have you forgotton about this little detail?? If we were in a rebellion and Saudi regime used Yemenis as the main fighting force we wouldnt be happy with Yemenis either. However treating the African POWs like that is not civil.

What conspiracy theory? Which part of "Gaddafi offered same rights to blacks as to Libyans" isnt clear to you? There were black people in Libyas army, with same rights and conditions as for Libyans, therefore they arent mercenaries by any definition of this term. Much like there are black people in US Army, or they are mercenaries by your understanding as well?
