CSS PAPER,S ARE MOSTLY IN ENGLISH

In CSS it's the simple English which gets the job done. Conversely, the use of complex sentences and advance vocabulory goes against the candidate. I have seen people with medical backgrounds getting selected for top slots, who can't even pronounce oesophagus. There was a time when FPSC had a fair demeanour, but that was decades ago.

I have consulted & with major debates I conclude a result.

1- I will fight for my right, I will fulfill their aptly demands because I knew they would never work merely with merit, I am on merit and they also accept it.

2- I will join civil service for the sake of Pakistan & do work for my country not for any special person, because all special person are living in this country due to this land.

3- Never think again & for life you have needed to internalize that only merit is not a key to success.

4- But don’t force them & try to approach CM or Governor. If you get it easily then try otherwise leaving it because there are numerous things. After your die heart struggle you would get only 50 to 60 thousand at the end of month but you would pledge for your slavery for any white color. You get little pay and doing extraordinary work, collecting bribes, doing stupid stuff which we cannot expecting from any royal family, transfers etc, and on one day you will thought you have done wrong agreement. Don’t fulfill their extraordinary wishes.

5- Once you get job thousands of peoples try to have a relationship with you only for greed & deeds and using you like a tissue paper.

6- Do you actual job, I have seen many peoples get more money than in gov service.

7- If you are a master degree holder, come on never degrade yourself. Fortunately if your story matching with me, you are lucky and always if you are in gov or not have an attitude like you are Commissioner. Never & Never think in any condition that you are inferior to any highest go official. OK. If you get a post then good otherwise trust on god you would get better.

8- If you think that you have create your image in public by getting a highest post, come on peoples never like you, but if you do welfare then creature will find you a person of god.

9- If you think that you feel proud to use gov vehicles, come on bro you must proud on your personal items. And if you doing wrong work and create assets then you always remain unconditional & peoples will get your final fruits with their tact’s, LoL. Don’t consider yourself intelligent. NAB, Anticorruption etc will be dangerous for you at any time when you leave gov.

10- If you like a comfort life then try to manage the things, gov job is not the only solution for comforting.

11- Give vote to whom? Will be better for Pakistan not for you deeds.

12- Next gov would have new structure so hope for best policies.

13- Good sanity always shows it intelligence when majority is stuck-up by unwanted and unexpected barrier. So use the method of reconciliation & try to achieve your goals.

14- One social example I am sharing you with my life experience, in our area very respected personality for me, once I ask so your son get job. He reply “so you are talking about stupid, I told him with gov job you do slavery”. Now I understand his words, what he actually told me.

15- I am not able bodied poor with my socio-economic life and mentality, which imposing me to not try again or do extraordinary abidance for any wrong person. So I will try but for Pakistan & do work without political thought like army.

16- Beware from fraudulent people. Gov will not give you job without CM or Governor Recommendations, and all of this you need to invest. I was kicking out several times even having only merit.

17- Army or other institutions never made check because in army recruitment you need strong support from army, recommendation from seniors, money matters.

18- Rest of God, Be happy, never think that you are not ineligible, never degrade yourself to ineligible persons & make your life policy as per your socio-economic situation.

19- I think you have no question in your mind, this structure will not change.

20- You are not living in Europe or USA. Remember it.

Live life with respect, courage & dignity by holding a righteous life style.

Deliver your inner mentality whenever you possess power.

so 1 selected and 1999 are rejected ..
out of 150/ 200 posts every yrs
there are 15 / 20.000 people in line for the job.............. but 3/5 % only pass

There are many discrepencies in FPSC examinations. They never lay out proper syllabus and books for candidtates to follow. If its a science paper, they would expect you to be aware of every contemporary topic in a way which isn't possible for people with varying educational backgrounds. Then there is another problem with Pakistan's education system, all students are expected to be rocket scientists and some how in educators flawed perceptions no one deserves top grades. In West if your answer meets the requirements they will give you the highest grades, but in Pakistan the top grades are only there for Martians.
Take IELTS for example, in speaking test Gora's give 9 band easily, but if its a Desi conducting the test they will expect you to be William Shakespeare and still not be worthy of 9 band. And as far as CSS exams final selection is concerned nothing happens as per merit, the entire selection procedure from there on wards depends upon how well you impress the old Babba's. A friend of mine couldn't go past interview only because some Babba jee wasn't fond of his Scottish accent.

Bro i also successfully gives an interview in Social welfare medical officer BS 17 PPSC, after this i did attempt for parole officer then lecturer sociology, when i cross checking my paper attempts with results i realize there is some thing wrong. So i set a confidential meeting because i have power to do this. So they revealed with said words. i ask from my class fellow about his interview he said its good, i ask again are you think you would be selected. he reply i cant told you exactly. I get my point he did not give any price for job, after this i told him you would not be recommended. And the results showed same position.

I check record of our successful attempt, not only us but we check the girl's record with online data of lecturer sociology, a girl above 100 in merit list of Social welfare medical officer had beat another girl stands on 74 in Social welfare medical officer in her new record of sociology and recommend as well, meanwhile the girl stands on 74 was not selected. i was on 64# in Social welfare medical officer. A girl selected from Rawalpindi in social welfare medical officer have approach to CM Sahbaz sharif therefor she was selected.

Bro told me what can i do with this scenario, i have only option to fulfill their right demands.

I told this story to my friend
who is in Army branch, he told me very earlier that you are doing every thing for merit, there is no merit.

Another my old friend who is currently retired from ISI, whose i spent most of my time while discussion about country & issue as well as for way out & operations already told me the same reality.

Another my friend from MI also told me in this country you are at wrong path, correct your lines. But i did not believed on them because i got more education than they have.

ویسے جو میرے ساتھ ہوا مجھ کو دکھ اس بات کا نہیں کہ مجھ کو پیچھے کر دیا گیا۔ دکھ اس بات کا ہے کے مجھے صرف پولیٹکل انتقام کے لیے ٹارگٹ کیا گیا۔ پولیٹیکل رائے آدمی کا حق ہے۔ اگر پیسے کی بات تھی تو بھی بتا دیتے مے پہلے ہی دے دیتا۔
اب مے دوبارہ ٹرائی کروں گا اگر کوئی پوسٹ مل گئی تو ٹھیک ورنہ کوئی ایشو نہیں۔ مگر ان باتوں کا جواب مے نہیں دوں گا
خدا دے گا چاہے تو معاف کر دے اور اگر مے نے جھوٹ بولا ہے تو خدا مجھے سزا ضرور دے گا

If you are having friends in Army, ISI and MI as well as relative in law-enforcement, then clearing PPSC or CSS/CSP would have been a piece of cake, especially if merit is not considered, but here you are, winging.
