If the police or law enforcing agencies want to check your identity they need to see your ID. This is the law. It is the law in every country. You carry your ID at all times with you.

@Maarkhoor posted some suggestion which included no social contact plus no buying selling with them. To which @Jinn Baba asked how to differenciate between Pakistani Pashtoon and an afghan ? How to know if the dry fruit seller (that you are about to buy from) is Pakistani pathan or afghan ? To which you replied “they all have to show CNIC’s”... Pakistani Pashtoon wont be offended.

And here came my question, who are you (other then a customer) to ask for cNIC of a person ? And why should we not be offended by this ? Also, how many people (usually customers) should i have to show my cNIC daily ? Are all of them Armed forces and police ?

Don’t repeat those words again you look fool. Plus, i have a more practical solution, make it compulsory for ALL pakistanis to wear CNIC. Problem solved

You are absolutely right. Afghans are a security threat. They kill our children in broad daylight. Slit their throats in classrooms by holding their heads. Afghans carry out suicide bombings in Pakistan. Afghans kill Pakistani security forces. Afghans make up the bulk of PTM supporters in Pakistan. The list of Afghan treachery goes on and on.

Treating Afghans like far right extremists is a very minute thing in my opinion.

Civilian has no right to ask any walking by person to show ID. For that matter, Institutes are there to serve and shall be called in-case of any suspicion.

Exactly. Hence a Person (civilian/customer) asking a dry fruit seller or any shop keeper (which he doubt is an Afghan) for His CNIC is (to see if he is a Pakistani and he can continue with the purchase or not) is illegal, racist and not good for the country.

Law of land is to repatriate Afghans residing in Pakistan. That is the contract signed between Pakistan and the rest of the world. No more ifs and buts. Afghanistan is today a safe place. Every European country is sending back Afghan refugees.

1. Stop business with Afghans.
2. Stop giving them house / shops for rent.
3. Stop buying from them.
4. Stop selling them anything even on higher rates.
5. Make social boycott in your town, don't even shake hand with them.

We did this is our village and with in 15 days Afghans left our area.

If Govt is not taking action its ok we can do it by ourselves.

They are bringing bombs, narcotics in our country and without paying any tax they are using facilities like hospitals etc.
They are killing our soldiers and conspiring against us with our enemy....

I as a Pakistani will always protect my peaceful Afghan brothers in Pakistan until their country's security situation gets back to normal. Afghans who are causing harm to the state should be dealt by law.

Agreed. But how on earth do you round up 10 million people and send them home? Do we have the capability to do so? In the UK, they are struggling to send back under 500,000 illegal immigrants and they have a better system than we do. Sending the afghans back home is a monumental task that hasn't been achieved before.
