Yes. The morality of Europe would be improved significantly - if Europe practised Islamic ideals. Please note, that many North African countries are Islamic by name, but not by nature. That is not a reflectin of the population but the governments.
I will give you a few example of how European society would be improved immensely by following Islamic principles.
1. An end to inquality. Europe is incredibly rich and has for decades been a model for the world to follow from an economic and societal position. Increasingly in European countries, Capitalism is out of control and economic inequality is rising. The workers produce the wealth and the billionaires hoard it. The billionaires also buy the essential assets that are required for human survival and control the prices to squeeze out even more wealth from the worker, into the hands of the billionaire. A great example is the high energy prices and high rent/property prices.
Under an Islamic model there would be a 2.5% wealth tax that would apply to all citizens who have above a certian amount of wealth (not income, wealth). That money would be re-distributed to the poorest in society, helping them out of poverty, including helping people pay off debt. I cannot speak for the whole of Europe, but the UK is a failed economic model. The figures might show great wealth, but even the middle class in this country are now struggling economically. Thats because of the overdrive of capitalism as explained in the above paragraph.
Similarly in an Islamic model, the profiteering from energy and property would be curbed. Essentials in Islam can never be priced at such a level that the average person cannot afford them. This regulation would mean the average European would have greater disposable income, and it would no longer be a necessity for both men and women to work full time jobs, whilst the children are raised by the TV, Youtube and nurseries.
Europe has unimagineable wealth, the quality of living could increase drastically in a few short years, unfortunately the principles these societies were built on have given way to out of control greed, and we are now seeing the consequences.
2. Morality. Right now in Europe your genitalia don't define you gender, your feelings do. Biology is ignored and Children are having homosexuality promoted to them in schools, Society has been hyper sexualised, and onlyFans accounts are regularly promoted in local UK media as a legitimate way of earning an income (this is true of the UK). This continents morality was grounded in Christian values, but as they have left their Christian faith, the principles of their morality are no longer static, they've become dynamic and can be changed with the whims and urges or the masses. There is currently the start of a media campaign to normalise peadophillia. In islam our moral principles are static, they are the same as they were 1400 years ago and will remain the same until the end of time. The only difference is how we implement them in accordance to the specific requirements of any given situation.
You might wonder what impact morality has on society, so let me tell you. Nearly half of UK marriages end in divorce. Who raises the children? What father figure do they have? Often they become a burden upon the state growing up and children raised without fathers are more likely to be delinquents and not lead successful lives. 70% people in the UK cheat on their partner, 1 in 5 UK women has been sexually abused, Crime is increasing - all down to a lack of basic morality. This is all happening in a wealthy, educated country, not a poor, third world hell hole. Islamic morality provides safety to the family system and honours the people involved in a family. In a society like Europe where their old are left to die in "Care" homes - they desperately need it.
