Hezbollah isn't really directly engaged in combat with France/French forces, nor does France pose a tangible or ideological existential threat to Hezbollah the way that ISIS does.

The language may not be accurate (I haven't studied the actual statement), but Hezbollah fighting ISIS is guaranteed, and best of luck to them while they do so.
