It's what you call a "Cold Peace Treaty" because of several factors, 3 of them actually.
1) The US's unconditional support of Israel leaving Egypt without equal military power

2) Of course the terrible Palestinian situation and the people of Egypt harboring huge resentments towards the Israelis for their treatment of the Palestinians particularly with the two-state solution that puts a huge burden on the Egyptian government to try and create a balance.

3) A complete lack of trust. It's just inevitable when someone jumps you by surprise for practically no reason and takes a historical and biblical part of your land that is 3 times the size of Israel and stop one of our main economic incomes in the Suez Canal for almost a decade. All that is very difficult to forget, hence why the Rapid Deployment Forces were created and are mobilized without notice for training to cross the canal and be able to introduce very large amounts of troops and equipment to prevent a full scale invasion.

Not to mention other things that are most likely installed in Sinai underground in the different sectors to assist the RDF in several ways. Plus there is constant radar surveillance 24/7 and intell gathering to be fully prepared way ahead of time as much as possible. That's why it's not a proper comparison to make with 1967 as things have changed considerably, including the level of military power and related improvements in modernized strengths.

What Egypt has sacrificed to get these missiles? There has to be something Arab nation has to give to get such concessions. After all, how will Israel allow such weapons to be transferred to an Arab nation?

Most likely Egypt signed a clause :"Thou shall not use the plane and missile against Israel". Even more likely the plane and missile has electronics/software that will prevent it from shooting down Israeli planes.

On top of the Meteor coming to Egypt if not already there..Russia has already completed the K-77M missile, which will be the flagship of the SU-35S air to air missiles, with a range of 200 km and a speed of Mach 5 and an AESA radar seeker with 64 modules. And the R-37m which has a range of 400 km and is lethal to aerodynamic targets at 200 km..
