Common shaming torture procedure. It was done in lot of "struggle sessions" in chinese cultural revolution for example.

Lot of people forget that "Re-education" camp is just final destination for these poor people.... they have been through a lot of earlier stages (heads shaved, forced to eat pork, repent islam, snitch on their friends and family etc etc) before it regarding prison/detention in other facilities at smaller scale already....but these are the bunch that were deemed (by CCP) to doggedly refused all the tactics thrown their way. what up with prisoners jail transfer? So the prison in Pakistan does not even provide a uniform and hair cut? The prisoners wear jeans and have long hair in your jail? What next? give them a guitar so they can sing??
And 300 criminals in public train station and you don't tied them up? WOW is that how you handle your criminals in Pakistan? What happen when they start running? shoot them?
They are going to another different prison. criminals are not required to provide schools.
